JIS will be executing adjustments to set aside records processing.

92-Day or Less

Corrections are being executed court-by-court to adjust 92-day or less charges set aside for completeness. JIS will be logging these updates for reporting purposes.

93-Day or More

JIS is executing second runs of the MSP 93-day or more set aside process court-by-court. Modifications have been made to the matching logic between the MSP records and cases/charges to detect more recent records from MSP for processing as well as some previous records that were unable to find matches.
