Please join our training on the MiCOURT Platform/JIS Self-Service Portal. This training will be focusing on understanding the basic features and options offered.

Whether you're a beginner to the Portal or just looking to enhance your knowledge, this quick training will help users familiarize themselves with the layout, menus, and icons to navigate efficiently, and it will also offer an introductory tutorial to Ticket Submission, Managing Incidents, and the Knowledge Base. The Customer Success Team is hosting a Lunch and Learn to review the CHR Eligible Cases Report!

The TCS CHR Report is an excellent tool for confirming that Electronic Judgments have been submitted to MSP. The CHR Report tracks both EJUDs (Electronic Judgments) and MJUDs (Modified Judgments, including those related to successful and unsuccessful deferrals). If you would like to learn more about the CHR Report and the data entry required to populate it, please join us on Wednesday, January 15th, 2025 at 11:30 AM.

The end of the year is fast approaching! JIS encourages courts to begin running the caseload report in your application to review the data and correct any errors to ensure the data is accurate prior to uploading/syncing and verifying the report in MCAP in January.

Update: To ensure an optimal experience for courts, the upcoming software updates to the Trial Court System (TCS/WebTCS) will be delayed one week. A previous announcement stated these updates would be made available on Monday, December 09, 2024; instead, these updates will become available for use on Monday, December 16, 2024.

Questions can be submitted via the JIS Self-Service portal - https://servicedesk.courts.michigan.gov.

Software updates have been applied to the PCS application and will be available for use on Monday, October 07, 2024.

Please note, changes have been made to several forms to address amendments and additions to court rule MCR 3.901 et seq. and the Justice for Kids and Communities legislation. As we continue to update the remaining forms changes, we will notify PCS Users of their availability.
