On December 30, 2023, Juvenile Clean Slate (MCL 712A.18t) goes into effect.

Judicial Information Services has made the required changes in your case management system to automatically set aside charges and petitions that were eligible for the automatic set aside.

Several new reports are available in the Court Reporting application outlining charges and petitions that were set aside as well as charges and petitions that could not be set aside due to invalid data and will require cleanup.

We are pleased to announce that on January 8 and 9, 2024, we will provide Lunch and Learn sessions for PCS and TCS users for juvenile clean slate reporting and data cleanup.  Please look for a separate communication on January 2, 2024, with more details and registration instructions.
