Document Catalog Update (Probate) - Applying Objection to Garnishment and Notice of Hearing (OBJG) Consistently.
We are updating the probate document catalogs so that the "Objection to Garnishment and Notice of Hearing" item is consistently available and applicable to the civil case category for all courts.
Fix: Ensure "Copy for Case Processing Destination" Appears and Disappears Appropriately
We are making a minor fix for the "Case Processing Destination" field in the Unity Indexer. If a user had made a selection in this field, but then went back to reject the document, the value would remain (though you shouldn't be setting a case processing destination for rejected documents). Also, if a user starts by rejecting a document, but changes the radio button to accept, the case processing destination was hidden (and should be visible). This update will ensure the case processing destination portion of the unity indexer appears, and disappears, as expected.
Fix: Update Query for Hearing Documents & Message if a Timeout Occurs
The query that makes the "hearing not reviewed" flag visible on hearing jackets is being updated to run faster. If a timeout error does occur, the error message is being updated to be more helpful to end users. Now, you will see the following message: "Unreviewed document count could not be returned at this time." (previously the message read "There was an error initializing the form. Undefined.")
Updating Connector Error Handling [41103, 40815]
We are standardizing the errors that are sent from the CMS to MiFILE OnBase so they are organized in the proper CMS Integration queue allowing transactions that cannot be fixed by court users are not surfaced in the Review queue. MiFILE monitoring team at i3 will be made aware of issues that they need to address and handle while the court can work on the transactions that need their manual intervention.
JIS Rest API Update
Technical update relating to permissions and scopes. Courts will not notice any changes in the end user experience.
