JIS File Date Mapping Connector - Statewide Solution w/ MiFILE DMS
We have fixed a bug where the FileDate in request to JIS incorrectly populated with 'recordFilingRequest.LeadDocument.CreatedDateTime.' The FileDate now populates with 'recordFilingRequest.FileDate.'
Public Access Terminal Timeout - Statewide Solution w/ MiFILE DMS
Filers accessing MiFILE DMS documents at a public terminal will now be automatically logged out after five minutes of inactivity.
JusticeTech Notification Settings Update - Statewide Solution w/ MiFILE DMS
We have fixed the mispelling of 'recipients' under the CMS Integration, Paused section of the Notification settings.
Retry Button Update for CMS Integration Review - All MiFILE Courts
We have updated the 'Retry' task in the CMS Integration Review Queue so that it now removes the CMS Integration error notes.
Sealed Case Status Transferred in Incremental Feed - JIS Hosted District Courts
When a case's status is 'Sealed,' TrueFiling is now updated during the incremental feed (which is run multiple times an hour). Before this update, a case set to 'Sealed' in DCS did not update TrueFiling until the next day. Note: this update is already live.

Court Selection on Hearing Jacket Forms Pane - Statewide Solution w/ MiFILE DMS
When a user creates a Hearing Jacket eForm on the Forms pane and selects the wrong court, an error is displayed. To avoid this error, the court now prepopulates in the 'Select Court' dropdown.
Entity Name Character Limit - Statewide Solution and Hosted Pilot Courts
TrueFiling users are no longer able to submit entity names longer than 35 characters.
Keyword Pane Changes - Statewide Solution and Hosted Pilot Courts
We have made changes to the Keywords pane in OnBase. Some of the changes include:
- Evaluation of keywords to determine which can be removed (examples: Tickler Date, Sub Document Type)
- Placing all required keywords at the top

Keep Family ID and Petition Number visible.

Hiding of Doc File Folder and moving it below Doc Code.

Keep Judge, Magistrate, and Referee visible and do not set to read only.
- Made the following keywords read-only: Case Title, Case Type, Petition Number, Family ID, Public Status
