New Clerk Review (Income Tax) Queue
To better support courts receiving large volumes of income tax garnishments, we're adding a "Clerk Review (Income Tax)" queue to separate these types of filings and prevent your Clerk Review queue from getting flooded during garnishment season, making it harder to find the other work that needs to be prioritized.

Revamping of Print Queues (MiFILE DMS)
We're enhancing workflow to make printing easier for MiFILE DMS courts!
First, we're renaming the existing "Print Queue" to "LT Court Mailing Only" - this queue is specifically designed for handling landlord-tenant requests for court mailing in district court. It has special logic built into it to help build your printing packets and should only be used for this very specific task.
Next, we're adding a generic "Print Queue" that can be used by all court types for all other printing needs.
Finally, we're enhancing the Recipient Selection window to improve workflow when printing is required. Here's how it works: After using the Code and Accept task, the "Recipient Selection" window appears, which allows you to verify and add e-notice recipients who will receive the finalized document. As you know, very often there is one or more parties that have "no email available," which means the court has to print and mail a copy to those individuals. Now, at the bottom of the Recipient Selection window, you can indicate the number of copies you need to print. Once you hit "Submit e-notification," the parties with an email address will be e-notified as usual, and the document will then be routed to the new "Print Queue."
In the print queue, you will see the "number of copies" column for reference. Note that this is for reference only. Next, you need to click the Print Task in the Workflow Ribbon (this will also update the "Print Status" column to "Printed"), and manually set your print quantity before printing. When you're ready to move an item out of the Print Queue, use the Complete task to send it back to the file cabinet, or the route task to move it somewhere else in workflow.
Note for OnBase Administrators: If you want the ability to route documents from specific queues to the Print Queue, be sure to update your Workflow Routing options in JusticeTech!
