PCS Updates - October 30, 2023

Software updates will be applied to the Probate Court System (PCS) and will be available for use on Monday, October 30, 2023.  

Administrators wishing to obtain access to Juvenile Set Aside data should contact the service desk for assistance prior to December 30.

Updates In Brief

• The Case Close and Case Reopen fields correctly revert to their previous status when a petition that set them is deleted.
• New event codes of ASG (ADJUDICATION SET ASIDE ORDER GRANTED BY COURT) and ASD (ADJUDICATION SET ASIDE ORDER DENIED BY COURT) have been added.
• New validations have been added to the EVT ADD and EVT MOD screens.
• An error message will no longer display if an adjudication of NOL (NOLLE PROSEQUI) is added to the ADJUD field and the petition is not authorized.
• The DOC SUM form feature will be removed in the next release.
