Attention DCS Courts with ePay and GarnIT Applications
12/20/2024 UPDATE #2
The issue we notified you about earlier today is partially resolved. Transactions successfully accepted are now flowing through as expected.
JIS has evidence, however, of several ePay transactions at different court locations since yesterday that were accepted by the ePay application, but which did not successfully process into DCS. Thus, we advise all ePay courts to do the following:
JIS will also reach out to the impacted ePay court administrators individually on Monday, December 23, 2024 with a Service Desk Incident ticket, listing cases to review for accepted payments in PayPoint.
Previously, the following notification was sent to DCS courts with ePay and GarnIT Applications
*** 12/20/2024 UPDATE #1 ***
It has come to our attention that payments made through the applications may not be processing through for all courts since services were reported as restored yesterday afternoon.
JIS is actively working to restore the complete functionality of the applications. We will provide a further update when conditions warrant.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused for you and your customers. Thank you for your patience as we work through this issue.
