TrueFiling users can now download filed and rejected stamped documents from their History page.
Notification for Microsoft Word Documents Containing Unsupported Fonts - All Courts
When a user uploads a Microsoft Word document that contains a font that is not supported, they will now receive a message on uploading stating The document you uploaded contains unsupported font. We have converted the document using our default font. Please review your document before submission to avoid rejection by the court. PDF documents are not applicable. Note: Future enhancements will expand support for additional fonts.
Professional Credentials Disappearance - All Courts
We have corrected an issue that occurred when removing a specific professional credential caused the removal of other professional credentials associated with that user on the Settings page.
Duplicate User Name/Email Address - All Courts
We've corrected an issue that allowed users to sign up with an existing user name/email address. Users are now prevented from registering with an existing user name/email address.
Inactive Courts Displaying in Add Payment Dialog - All Courts
In the Add Payment dialog, users are required to select a court to file with in order to associate the payment account to the proper payment processor. This update ensures that inactive courts do not display in this dialog.

Payment Accounts Incorrectly Associated to Escrow Account - All Courts
We have corrected an issue that caused filer payment accounts with the nickname 'ESCROW' being incorrectly associated with an internal ImageSoft escrow account.

Hosted Courts: Pilots are those courts using the Standard OnBase review queue but have their own version of TrueFiling (different filing types). Current courts are Oakland Circuit and Wayne Circuit
On-Premise: Pilots are those courts using both their own OnBase and their own version of TrueFiling. Current courts are Macomb Circuit, Ottawa Circuit and Grand Traverse/Leelanau/Antrim Circuit
Integrated Courts are those courts with full or partial CMS integration. Current courts are Wayne (full), Washtenaw (full), and Ottawa Probate (partial)
