Custom Stamps!
Courts can now store custom stamps for easier application to documents! If your court has routine, boilerplate language that is repeatedly added to documents, you can now save those values in JusticeTech for more efficient application.
Choose your custom stamp from the drop down. The text will appear in the Stamp Text field below. You can make any additions/modifications if desired. Once ready, click Submit.
Please note: We're working on updating our hotkeys to make accessing this and other tasks more efficient.
Document Catalog Updates (District Court)
- We are updating the existing "Consent Judgment" catalog item (doc code CONJ) so that it prompts for an amount.
- We are updating the existing "Judgment Lien" catalog item (doc code ) so that it is available for summary proceeding case types.

Updates to the "eSignatures Not Burned In" Report
- We are updating the "eSignatures Not Burned In Report" to exclude documents that have been classified as "Incorrect Filings." This will make the report cleaner for OnBase administrators to review, focusing only on the documents that the court needs to review and address.
As a reminder, this is the report that shows you any finalized documents that had stamps applied after finalization. Those notes, while visible to a clerk, are not actually a part of the finalized document, and are not visible to any public viewer of the document.
