Alternatives to Adult Guardianship Information - Probate Courts
MCL 700.5303(2) requires courts to provide filers with alternatives to the appointment of a full guardian. TrueFiling is being updated so that when a filer begins the process to initiate a full adult guardianship they are given a link to the SCAO approved form, "Options You Should Know Before Filing a Petition for a Full Adult Guardianship." The filer will also be required to check a box acknowledging that they have reviewed this information before moving forward with their case. The screen the filer sees looks like this:

Multi-Selection Supported by More Ad Hoc Tasks
You can now select multiple items in a list (e.g. queue inbox) and execute the following tasks once, instead of having to engage with the related eforms once per item selected.
Improvements to the "eSignatures Not Burned In" Report
The existing "eSignatures Not Burned In" Report is being updated to exclude any documents that have been re-coded as an "incorrect filing." This will clean up the report so that it focuses only on items that the court needs to actively review and take action on.
Fix: Minor Basic Access Adjustment
A minor update is being made to ensure that an OnBase user with Basic Access in a non-MiFILE DMS court does not have access/visibility into hearing jackets, but Basic Access for a MiFILE DMS court can access/view hearing jackets.
