Divorce Complaint Automatically Made Public Upon Indexing the Return of Service (Circuit)
Now, when a return of service on a divorce complaint is filed and properly indexed, the confidentiality flag on the complaint will automatically change from "yes" to "no." Previously, courts had to remember and manually adjust the suppression status of the complaint--no more!
For this logic to work, the clerk must index the return of service to one of the following entries. Note that the description reminds the user of what it will do.
- Return of Service on Divorce Complaint - Personal (Complaint Unsuppressed)
- Return of Service on Divorce Complaint - Posted (Complaint Unsuppressed)
- Return of Service on Divorce Complaint - Published (Complaint Unsuppressed)
- Return of Service on Divorce Complaint - Certified Mail (Complaint Unsuppressed)
Please also note that his logic will only trigger when initially indexing a document in the filing processing life cycle. If a document is later reindexed to one of the above entries it will not impact the confidentiality status of the complaint--that would need to be done manually.

TLS 1.3 Upgrade
This is a more technical update related to integrations, but important to note for certain courts. We are upgrading from TLS 1.2 to TLS 1.3 (TLS stands for Transport Layer Security). This upgrade brings improved security and performance.
