Performance Improvements - OnBase Unavailable This Weekend
To further improve system performance, we are upgrading our server hardware over the weekend. Please note that OnBase will be unavailable to all users from Friday, October 17th starting at 8:00pm EST through Monday, October 20th at 7:00am EST.
All other release items below are scheduled for our normal Thursday evening release on October 16th.
Remove Clerk Name from Filer Communications
Based on court feedback, we are removing the clerk's OnBase user name from filer communications involving the acceptance or rejection of documents and cases. Previously, the clerk's name would accompany any rejection reason and be available in both email communications and a user's TrueFiling history. The filing community should no longer have visibility into the specific individual who processed their submission by way of TrueFiling history or email templates.

Document Catalog Update: Expanding Availability of Existing Items - Probate Courts
Probate courts have indicated that several document catalog entries aren't available in all applicable case categories. This update will expand over 90 existing document catalog entries to additional case categories. A list of items being expanded are available below for reference:
