Document Locking Improvement
We are introducing an enhancement that will automatically unlock bundle eforms that have been erroneously locked due to a known Hyland bug. This should reduce delays that have been caused by incorrect bundle locking.

Performance Improvements by Reducing Inbox Limits
In an effort to improve system performance/responsiveness, we are lowering the maximum number of bundles that are displayed in each court's inbox to 1000. By reducing this value, OnBase will have fewer bundles to cycle through before ultimately surfacing what an end user needs to see. This change is expected to improve the loading time between clicking the Done task and when the next bundle appears and is ready to work.

For courts that do have more than 1000 bundles in either the new case or clerk review queue, please take note of the following:

  • All bundles submitted to the court are retrievable and workable, even if they do not appear directly in your Inbox. We've developed a resource to assist you with that process.
  • As you process bundles out of your inbox, bundles that were previously not visible will become visible automatically.
  • Prioritization rules will be respected so that any items marked with higher priority (such as bundles with the ex parte or emergency flag) will push to the top of the list.
