Integration Improvement: Write "ALL" to DCS when Event Is Associated to All Parties
When an event code is associated to all parties on a case, the event will now only write once to DCS.

Previously, if an event code was associated to multiple parties, the same event code and description would write over once per party, making the register of actions unnecessarily long and difficult to read. We've improved our integrations to align better with how these events would have been manually added to DCS: if an event is associated to all parties on the case, we'll write a single event and associated it to "ALL" in DCS.
Idea Submitted by: 92-1 District Court (Luce County)

Integration Improvement: Write Judgment Amount on Same Line As Event in DCS
We are improving our integrations for DCS courts so that when an amount is entered with an event, it writes to the same ACT line as that event and appears as courts are more accustomed to on the register of actions.
Idea Submitted by: 75th District Court (Midland)

Bug Fix: Connected Documents Containing PII Sent to Ready for Redaction Queue
We are fixing a bug that prevented connected documents from moving to the ready for redaction queue when the "Contains PII" flag is set to "yes."

Technical Updates
Web Client - Update Bundle eForms Links to Open Documents
We are working on behind-the-scenes updates to OnBase that will make it possible to move courts from the OnBase Unity Client to the Web Client. Court users will not experience any changes with this update.

Special Release on 6/11/2025
Last week we also released into production the following updates:
Probate Register & Deputy Probate Register Roles in OnBase
The existing OnBase role of "Probate Register" is being relabeled to "Deputy Probate Register." The function of this role remains unchanged: granting a user access to the special esignature stamp that permits a user to sign on behalf of a judge and apply their initials pursuant to Michigan court rule.

We are also adding "Probate Register" and "DMS Probate Register" roles. These roles will grant the court's probate register access to all applicable life cycles and queues, and accompanying tasks and notes. This update is being made to ensure probate registers have adequate access to OnBase workflow without necessarily requiring them to also have OnBase administrator access.
