Release to PROD Date: 7/18/2024

TrueFiling Bar Number Field Validation - All MiFILE Courts
TrueFiling users are now prohibited from entering bar number values with non-alphanumeric values, which will reduce integration errors with court case management systems. Users can still enter a leading "P," but dashes, spaces, et al are no longer be accepted.

Limit State/Region to 2 Characters in TrueFiling - All MiFILE Courts
To ensure successful integration with courts' Case Management Systems,  the "State/Region" field is limited to a two-character value upon filers inputting an international address.

Attorney Dropdown Available at Case Initiation - All MiFILE Courts
Per a court's change request, attorney information no longer needs to be manually added to case initiation eForms. TrueFiling users can now select attorneys from a dropdown to pre-populate the fields needed to open a case.

BUGFIX - Incorrect Payment Amounts Displayed - Courts with "Pay Additional Amount" Enabled in TrueFiling
For courts that have the "Pay Additional Amount" feature enabled in TrueFiling, large payment amounts were displaying an error message in the bundle eForm in OnBase. This is purely a cosmetic change, and there was no issue with the underlying data or financial transaction.

Case Notes Added from File Cabinet - Hosted JIS Courts
OnBase users can now access and add case notes from the File Cabinet, rather than having to select a document to surface to the View/Edit Case Notes Task.

Document Catalog Addition: Notice of Intent to Dismiss - MiFILE District Courts
Per a court's change request, the Notice of Intent to Dismiss for No Progress (CMS Code NOI75) has been expanded to include the Summary Proceeding Case Category.

TrueFiling 3.1.107
Updates to Select Filing Type Dropdown on Bundle Assembly Page -
The Filing Type dropdown on the Bundle Assembly page has been upgraded with a type-ahead search filtering functionality. Filers can now scroll through Filing Types or type in the text area to filter options.
