SYS Bundle Hold and SYS New Case Hold Queue Changes - All MiFILE Courts
In preparation for the Foundation 23 update this weekend, we have removed the ability to Accept, Reject and Route tasks in the SYS Bundle Hold and SYS New Case Hold, because it fails to update the filing in the bundle. If the bundle is subsequently worked on by a clerk in the New Case or Clerk Review queue, there’s the potential for a conflict if a different action is used between the ad hoc tasks on the document versus the options in the Unity Indexer.

Users can now locate documents in the Custom Query, Retrieval or File Cabinet by right-clicking on the document from the search results and click Workflow -> Workflow Queues.

If the document is currently in Workflow, users can see which Lifecycle and Queue it is in. Users can then select "Display Queue,” which takes them directly to the document or bundle that document is part of, where they could work the item as intended.

Please note, that most of the “bugs” and “enhancements” listed in this document do not require additional testing. This is intended for informational purposes only.  All MiFILE Courts are considered Statewide Solution Courts except for the following:

Hosted Courts: Pilots   are those courts using the Standard OnBase review queue but have their own version of TrueFiling (different filing types). Current courts are Oakland Circuit and Wayne Circuit

On-Premise: Pilots   are those courts using both their own OnBase and their own version of TrueFiling. Current courts are Macomb Circuit, Ottawa Circuit and Grand Traverse/Leelanau/Antrim Circuit

Integrated Courts   are those courts with full or partial CMS integration. Current courts are Wayne (full), Washtenaw (full), and Ottawa Probate   (partial)
