Release to PROD Date: 5/16/2024

Fees and Fee Waivers Receipt  - All MiFILE Courts
Fees and Fee Waivers now show appropriately on the payment receipts and bundle eForm. Refunds on rejected filings and filings w/EFS Fees are now accurate and is reflected in the refunded payment receipt.

Represented Parties e-Served and e-Notified  - All MiFILE Courts
Along with attorneys, connected parties are now e-Served in a MiFILE case.

Open Case Feed Pulls Discontinued  - JIS Courts
Enhancements to the JIS CMS integration have been enhanced so that running a nightly open case feed is no longer necessary. This update will help reduce processing backlogs.

Court Document Display Filter Added to File Cabinet for All Users - All MiFILE Courts
The table of documents in the file cabinet now has a filter option that provides parsed out keyword columns. Users can now rearrange the columns from left to right,  as well as filter, sort, group, and search. To use this filter, select Filters in the Ribbon, and select "Folder - Court Document Display." Users should only have to do this once.

Today+10 Days Stamp -  All Hosted Courts
Based on Court feedback, OnBase users can now apply a "Today plus 10 Day" stamp to documents. This stamp will take the date of document acceptance and automatically calculate 10 days from that date, and apply it to the document once indexed. If the end date is a weekend or court holiday (as configured by each court in JusticeTech), the date will automatically increment to their next business day.

Case Numbers Contain '+'  Now Showing in TrueFiling -  MiFILE DCS Courts
Cases that use the + character in the case number will now show in TrueFiling.

TrueFiling Bar Number Field Validation -  All MiFILE Courts
TrueFiling users entering a bar number in their "My Information" Settings will now encounter a field validation that prevents them from entering non-alphanumeric values, such as dashes, spaces and underscores.

Document Catalog Functionality Update for Summons -  All MiFILE Courts
When a document in OnBase is coded as a summons with the "SCI" CMS code mapping, OnBase will now send the Acceptance Date to the CMS rather than the File Date. This change helps better reflect court processes, where the Summons Issuance Date is recorded rather than the date the filer submitted the partially completed summons.

International Address Integration Errors -  All MiFILE Courts
When a TrueFiling user submits an international address with "Canada" as the country, that value will be automatically converted to "CA" to avoid integration errors with the CMS.
