  • DC - Redacted Document now has all DC document types associated by Filing Record ID with the exception of DC - Certified Document and DC - Not Filed and DC - Not Filed Connected. Cross Reference to DC - Connected Document is by Connected Doc Link.
  • PC - Redacted Document now has all PC document types associated by Filing Record ID with the exception of PC - Certified Document and PC - Not Filed and PC - Not Filed Connected. Cross Reference to PC - Connected Document is by Connected Doc Link.
Party and Address Character Limit Notification - Statewide Solution and Hosted Pilots
When a party or address exceeds the character limit, clerks are notified before the bundle leaves the New Case or Clerk Review Queue. Clerks can make necessary abbreviations before finishing the bundle, which will ensure filings don't fall into the CMS Integration Review queue. Cases where parties or addresses require modification will open the User Interaction tab upon acceptance.

e-Notification of Bulk Imported Documents -  Statewide Solution and Hosted Pilots
Courts can now eNotify documents that are bulk imported. This function is necessary when criminal case types are added to MiFILE.

Appearance Updated to APF in Document Catalog -  Statewide Solution and Hosted Pilots
The Appearance document catalog item has been converted back to APF. Courts no longer need to reject these documents.

Please note, that most of the “bugs” and “enhancements” listed in this document do not require additional testing. This is intended for informational purposes only.  All MiFILE Courts are considered Statewide Solution Courts except for the following:

Hosted Courts: Pilots   are those courts using the Standard OnBase review queue but have their own version of TrueFiling (different filing types). Current courts are Oakland Circuit and Wayne Circuit

On-Premise: Pilots   are those courts using both their own OnBase and their own version of TrueFiling. Current courts are Macomb Circuit, Ottawa Circuit and Grand Traverse/Leelanau/Antrim Circuit

Integrated Courts   are those courts with full or partial CMS integration. Current courts are Wayne (full), Washtenaw (full), and Ottawa Probate   (partial)
