MC01 Summons Form Auto-Stamping - Hosted District Courts
Once your Summons filing type is received in OnBase, the system will automatically apply six placeholder stamps to your filing before it is shown to the clerk. This means that you no longer need to spend time manually stamping your documents, allowing you to work though bundles quicker.

The following stamps are calculated and automatically applied to Summons TrueFiling Type (except for Landlord Tenant) on all existing cases:

  1. Case Number Stamp - Applied in the upper right
  2. Date of Issue Stamp - Applied at the bottom within the text box field "Issue Date"
  3. Date of Issue + 91 Stamp - Applied at the bottom within the text box field "Expiration Date"
    1. The expiration date is calculated 91 days from the date the document is accepted for filing.
    2. The expiration date will be sent to the JIS CMS.
  4. Clerk Signature Stamp - Applied at the bottom within the text box field "Court Clerk"
  5. Court Seal Stamp - Applied over the Clerk Signature

This feature is available for case initiation bundles for all civil case types that use MC01. Please ensure filers are using the 9/19 version of the SCAO-approved form MC01.

Note: If the filer did not use the MC01 form, then the clerk has the option to reject the filing, delete the placeholder notes, or move the placeholder notes, as needed.  The placeholder notes will be replaced with their actual values when the document is accepted.
