Removed Ability to Increase Fee in OnBase - Statewide Solution & Hosted Courts
A bug identified by ImageSoft that allowed court clerks to increase fees in the Unity Indexer has been fixed.
Clerk Click Reduction (Returning Held Filings Directly from New Case or Clerk Review Queues) - Statewide Solution & Hosted Courts
Documents on-hold automatically return for processing when another document in the same bundle is routed from the New Case or Clerk Review queues. Note: Courts should test this function in UAT.
DMS Initial Route Queue Import Field Validation - MiFILE DMS Hosted Courts
Previously when importing documents, the DMS Initial Route Queue was capable of accepting any text input. When freeform text was added, the uploaded document would become stuck in the SYS Initital in the Case Processing LC. A pop-up was added to indicate whether the user needs to correct the data in the field.
Add Attorney to Nonpublic Case after Case Initiation
Currently, the Add Counsel to Case feature requires the attorney to select the name of the party to populate the request. This update allows attorneys to add themselves to nonpublic cases after case initiation.

Hosted Courts: Pilots are those courts using the Standard OnBase review queue but have their own version of TrueFiling (different filing types). Current courts are Oakland Circuit and Wayne Circuit
On-Premise: Pilots are those courts using both their own OnBase and their own version of TrueFiling. Current courts are Macomb Circuit, Ottawa Circuit and Grand Traverse/Leelanau/Antrim Circuit
Integrated Courts are those courts with full or partial CMS integration. Current courts are Wayne (full), Washtenaw (full), and Ottawa Probate (partial)
