Status Change for Documents in File Cabinet - MiFILE DMS Courts
Users in MiFILE DMS courts now have the ability to mark an existing document in the file cabinet as Confidential or Sealed, along with the ability to undo those classifications. Users also can view Sealed or Confidential keywords without opening the Document Information panel.
This update also creates a keyword box that appears in the upper right-hand corner of the document, which can be manually moved or closed by the user.
TrueFiling Filing Type Added - Probate Courts
A new filing type Inventory Filed (Fees to be Paid Later) is being added for Subsequent Filings.
Case Inititation Edtiable from View Only Fix - Statewide Solution
The Case Details section of the Case Init eform is no longer editable when the "View Only" button is clicked.
Restore Revision Task to the Bundle Publish LC - ImageSoft Use Only
The Restore Revision task was added for ImageSoft staff to use in order to restore a revision in the event issues occur after an item has been converted.
Prevent Users from Adding Documents Back into Workflow - Statewide Solution and Oakland Circuit
This update prevents users from reintroducing the TrueFiling Case Init eForm back into Workflow before the bundle was ever in the New Case queue. This chage removes the ability for a clerk to right click a document and select Execute Workflow.
Re-Code Filing AHT in CMS Integration Review Queue - Statewide Solution and Hosted Pilot Courts
TrueFiling Case Participant document types in the CMS integration review queue can be recoded using the "Re-code Filing" AHT. Please note that only CC/DC/PC document types can be re-coded.
Hidden Keywords on Unindexed Document document type - Statewide Solution and Hosted Pilot Courts
The following keywords on the Unindexed Document type are hidden:
PDF FILED Stamp Reinstated - Statewide Solution and Oakland Circuit
The PDF Stamping functionality in place from 2017 to 2020, which took documents submitted to TrueFiling and converted them to a flat PDF file, then converted to TIF in OnBase for mark-up/stamping, then converted back to PDF and are e-noticed, sent to CMS, and sent back to TrueFiling, has been restored.

Hosted Courts: Pilots are those courts using the Standard OnBase review queue but have their own version of TrueFiling (different filing types). Current courts are Oakland Circuit and Wayne Circuit
On-Premise: Pilots are those courts using both their own OnBase and their own version of TrueFiling. Current courts are Macomb Circuit, Ottawa Circuit and Grand Traverse/Leelanau/Antrim Circuit
Integrated Courts are those courts with full or partial CMS integration. Current courts are Wayne (full), Washtenaw (full), and Ottawa Probate (partial)
