Starting immediately, subscribers will receive multiple reminders ahead of their scheduled hearings or payment due dates. - For hearings, reminders will be sent 7, 3, and 1 day(s) before the scheduled date. - For payments, reminders will be sent 14, 7, and 3 days before the payment is due. This change only applies to payment due dates in DCS at this time. These incremental notifications increase in urgency, emphasizing the importance of appearing as scheduled or making timely payments. For all reminders, actual calendar days are counted when determining when to trigger the message. This is a change from the previous method when weekend days were not counted. This enhancement is a direct response to user feedback and a review of best practices in other states, and reflects our ongoing commitment to making the tool as effective as possible. Additional improvements to Reminders including linking with party contact data in DCS and TCS are planned for 2026.
