WebTCS Courts: Improved ORI Access

As of 8/25/2025, system changes will allow a single user, logged in with their OneCourtID, to access the ORIs for multiple court locations.

On the LEIN & SOS User Authorization screen, a TAC/Authorized user will have the ability to select 6=Additional ORIs to access and add additional ORI records using the LEIN User Additional ORIs screen.
Clerks entering LEIN transactions will have the ability to F4=Prompt to select an available ORI for another court.

LEIN/TACs and court clerks are encouraged to please register for the Lunch and Learn at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, August 27th, 2025 to learn more about authority to access multiple ORIs and how to select a different ORI for LEIN transactions.
