Court Executive Team Conference:

Promoting Professional Excellence in the Court

The Michigan Judicial Institute (MJI) is pleased to announce registration is now open for the Court Executive Team Conference: Promoting Professional Excellence in the Courts, an educational event designed for new and experienced court executive teams.  The Court Executive Team should include chief judge (chief judge-appointee) and the court manager (court administrator or probate register). In addition, the team may include: the chief judge pro tem, presiding judge, deputy court administrator, deputy probate register, and the FOC director. 

This conference will offer materials and presentations on an array of topics related to the core court management competencies: leadership, budget and fiscal administration, court administration (i.e., technology, security, performance measures, data management, etc.), and human resources management.
