Creating a Civil Treatment Culture in the Workplace: A Court Leader Seminar

Based on popular demand, the Michigan Judicial Institute (MJI) is pleased to again offer a Creating a Civil Treatment Culture in the Workplace seminar for court leaders with supervisory responsibilities including, Court Managers (Court Administrators, Probate Registers, Family Division Administrators); Friends of the Court; and Chief District Court and Chief Juvenile Division Probation Officers. The seminar will provide participants with skills and insight required to establish core standards of behavior that help prevent, detect, and correct problems and enhance court performance and reduce organizational risk.

Note: This same seminar was previously offered on April 16, 2015; December 1 and 2, 2016; March 23, April 19 and 21, May 5, June 8, September 15 and 26, November 8, 2017;  May 2 and 7, December 13, 2018; and March 29, June 11, 2019.
