Creating a Civil Treatment Culture in the Workplace: A Court Leadership Team Seminar

SCAO Region IV Office, Gaylord, Michigan

The Michigan Judicial Institute (MJI) is pleased to announce a one-day seminar for court leaders - chief judges, judges, court administrators, and probate registers. This seminar will provide attendees with skills and insight required to establish core standards of behavior that help prevent, detect, and correct problems and enhance court performance and reduce organizational risk.

NOTE! ADDITIONAL TRAINING OPPORTUNITY – MAY 3, 2018

An additional training opportunity is available for employees whose Court Leadership Teams have completed the MJI Creating a Civil Treatment Culture in the Workplace Seminar. MJI is pleased to offer a half-day Civil Treatment for Court Employees Seminar for court personnel. The seminar will provide court employee attendees with insight and skills to consider the impact of their own behavior and encourage them to speak up when issues arise
